Using AlleyHQ
AlleyHQ helps bowling centers manage lane calls, repairs and inventory. These terms describe authorized use of its hosted service. You must have permission to use AlleyHQ for your location or organization. If a separate written service agreement applies, it controls any conflicting commercial terms.
Accounts and access
Keep your credentials secure and use only the locations and records you are authorized to access. Location owners manage their teams and approve or revoke service-professional access. Searching the location directory or requesting access does not give you permission to view records. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service or access another organization’s data without permission.
Your records
You keep your rights in the records you provide. You allow AlleyHQ to store, process, display and back up those records as needed to operate the service, support authorized users and protect the system. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for having permission to include other people’s information. Do not enter passwords, payment-card information or unrelated sensitive personal information in maintenance notes.
Plans and charges
Features and retention limits are described on the plans page. Any fees, payment arrangements and cancellation terms must be agreed separately before a paid service begins. An access request or demo visit does not authorize a charge. Service-professional access does not consume a location user seat.
History limits, exports and downgrades
Free retains up to 100 history records within 30 days; Pro up to 1,000 within 365 days; Scale up to 10,000 within 365 days. Both the record count and age limits apply. Older entries are removed from active call history automatically; upgrading cannot restore them. Exports and backups may contain earlier copies. Stock movements and lane availability are stored separately. Keep exports or backups you need. After a reminder-limit downgrade, the owner has 10 days to choose which reminders to keep. If the location remains over its new reminder limit when that period ends, its reminder schedules and associated reminder data are cleared.
Demos
Demo accounts are shared examples, but each login uses private disposable copies of the example locations. Those changes are discarded after sign-out or session expiry and cleanup. Do not use demos to store real operational records or personal information.
Availability and maintenance decisions
AlleyHQ is provided as available, without a guaranteed uptime or recovery time unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance or technical failures can interrupt access. AlleyHQ records work; it does not certify equipment safety or replace manufacturer procedures, inspections or your team’s judgment. Verify records before relying on them for a maintenance decision.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and ask the AlleyHQ team about account closure or data deletion. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements or the end of an agreed service arrangement. Contact the team before closure if you need help exporting available records. Some records or backups may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Rights and changes
Nothing in these terms removes rights or excludes responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to remove. Changes to these terms will be published with an updated date. Contact AlleyHQ if a change affects your use or you have a question.
