Access requests collect your name, contact details, bowling location, equipment and message so authorized AlleyHQ staff can review and respond. Do not include passwords or payment details.

For registered locations, AlleyHQ stores user profiles, calls, repair notes and inventory. Location owners control their team and can export or reset operational records. Authorized system administrators can access location workspaces for administration; administrative activity is logged.

Free call history is automatically and permanently trimmed to the newest 100 history records within 30 days. Pro retains the newest 1,000 history records within 365 days. Upgrading cannot recover already-deleted calls. Stock movements and lane availability are maintained separately.

Login uses an essential device cookie lasting up to 24 hours. No advertising or analytics cookies are included in this build. Sessions end on server restart. Contact the AlleyHQ operator through the team handling your access request for data questions.
